3rd Party Software can't find the inbox.

Hi,
I have a third party software programme which looks into the OE inbox and
copies the mail into itself... at least it used to with OE 6 and XP. With WM
and Vista, it does not 'see' the inbox. Has the path changed? Is there
another reason, perhaps, why the Winstock software can't see the Inbox?

All help gratefully received.

Windows Mail uses a different path and different storage method. Instead of
storing all the Inbox messages in an Inbox.dbx file it stores them as
separate EML files in an Inbox folder in the User Profile. To see where,
open WinMail and go to Tools | Options | Advanced | Maintenance | Store
Folder.
