Unless your error message is really identical, we will need to see it.
Right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
If it is indeed identical, then the advice given by the previous responder
holds. Go to Tools, Accounts, select the AOL account, Properties,
Servers, edit the outgoing server name, click OK.
