Hiding email addresses in To & cc, but showing names

I'm using Windows Vista Basic, Windows Mail.

When sending an email, is it possible to display the recipient names but
hide their email addresses?

I don't want to use bcc. I want recipients to see who I sent the email to.
This way they can see who already received it and won't send it to the same
people again.

Thanks!

No, you can't change that.

I was hoping by now they would have a "fix" where we'd at least have the
choice, like in other email programs. Thanks anyway for replying so quickly.
I appreciate it.

You can upgrade to Windows Live Mail, which does not show
the email addresses.
