Is there anyway to show the "from" field in the header? Even with show all
headers it doesn't show up. It would be helpful for people with multiple
accounts and multiple people on the same computer.
Thank you

What do you mean?
"From" shows up in a message compose window.
"From" shows up in Inbox, etc. folders.
"From" doesn't show up in the Sent folder by default, but you can add it.
Right-click on one of the column headers, like "Subject", and select
"columns", put a checkmark in "From", click ok.

Are you using Vista Windows Mail? None of those things are true with my
program.

I use Windows Mail, and all those things are true.
Did you try that last suggestion:
Right-click on one of the column headers, like "Subject", and select
"columns", put a checkmark in "From", click ok.

Yes. Thank you for responding. When I right click on the subject field all I
get is "copy" and "select all".

OK thanks, I got that now. But it's still not showing up in "create mail"
or "new message" or whatever it's called now, which is where I need it.
That way if you're using email with IE it reminds you what mailbox the
answer is going to.

I don't understand...
In Windows Mail....
When I open a Create Mail window, I see :
From:
To:
Cc:
Bcc:
Subject:
If you have multiple accounts, you can click on the From box, to select
which account you want the message to come from.

OK I got it now, thanks. If you only have one account setup it seems you
can't see the "from" header. I added a second account and now it's there.
I liked the way Outlook Express used to be where you could have seperate
identitys when the different accounts are actually different people. Thanks
for the help.
