Vista Tutorial - Cannot send email in Windows Mail

When I try to send mail it just doesn't leave my outbox. I get no error
message it just doesn't send. I tried disabling McAfee but it still doesn't
work.

situation. There are many fixes I've read tried but none of them work - some
only work for sending 1 email. What does help is getting rid of McAfee to
speed up you system & replace it with AVG. You'll be amazed at the
difference. Disabling McAfee or Norton doesn't accomplish much since the
Windows mail has already been corrupted.

NOTE: The title of the KB article says Outbox; however, the fix will also work

I have the same problem and nothing has worked...including this 941090 fix
that has come up so often in these discussions. Is there anything else we can
try?
