Vista Tutorial - DVD Maker won't finish burn

Whenever I attemp to burn a DVD in Windows DVD Maker it burns to 99% and then
it spits out the disk and it says an error occured when burning the dvd. The
dvd that it spits out will not play on my dvd player but it will play on my
computer on all my dvd player softwares (not just Windows Media player).
Also, I know it's not my DVD writer becasue I can burn DVDs on other
programs. When I look in my Event Viewer it gives the error code 2130932484
(see attachment). I have tried using other disks and slowing down the burning
process. The weird thing is I used to be able to burn dvds using this
software without problems and now it won't work. Any ideas of what the
problem is?
