| windows vista home edition | DVD-R burned in Windows DVD Maker plays upside down in DVD player While using WIndows Movie Maker, I imported my video file ( which was in avi format ) then dropped it into the timeline and noticed the preview was displayed upside down. I read in a thread here about someone having a similiar problem and did as they did: I right-clicked on it in the timeline> went to effects > scrolled down until I saw 'rotate 180 degrees' and it flipped it around. Now I had one other problem, it wasn't upside down anymore but now it displayed backwards. This wasn't too much of a problem for me as long as it wasnt upside down anymore, but after I burned it to disc and attempted to play it in my DVD player, lo and behold it was all upside down again. I know its probably something simple I'm doing wrong, or a codec issue maybe but could anyone give me any advice? I'd very much appreciate it. |

| | RE: DVD-R burned in Windows DVD Maker plays upside down in DVD pla I had the same problem, what I did was added two effects. First I added Mirror Horizontal and the Rotate 180. It seemed to have worked on the one I tested. I hope this helps you out dear.
