Dvd Maker not fully burning DVD's

I recently got a new system in order to archive my wedding videos. Well
I've tried so many programs and have had problems with all of them. The
dvd's comes out choppy along with the audio or some other headache. So I
decided to use the supplied program Windows Dvd Maker. It seemed to work
wonderfully until I started playing the Movie back.

First the video shows up only in 16:9 ratio on my computer while it is
played in full screen on my tv's dvd player. That is only a minor problem, I
think I could live with if I had to.

The BIG problem I am having has to do with the fact that the Dvd only plays
for about 15 min before it loops back to the start bypassing about 45 min of
footage. This really has me stumped seeing who when I preview the movie
before I burn it all the footage is intact. Also it is not a space on disk
issue since the movie is only half of the Dvds full size. I also tried
playing the Dvd back on the same computer that it was made on and it still
loops back to the start after 15 min of playing. If anyone has any fixes for
the problem I could really use them since I will hopefully be showing this
video at a second recption that a family member is throwing for us in just a
few more days.
