| | Media Player 11 has made all folders on system act like music cont My preferred view in windows explorer is the old xp standard Detail View. Somewhere along the line something, I believe it to be Media Player 11, has made all the folders on my Vista Ultimate 64 behave as though they are music content when in detail view. I can chage most back, but anything system related; c:, windows, program files, program files x86 and many of their sub folders are unalterable by me. Seeing the Artist, Album, Track #, Genre and Rating of System32 folder items is not really useful and I need to know how to get the correct details on all the folders back. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a registry edit for this? Did Media Player 11 do this or am I an idiot? Thanks as always for your help! Peter |
