Vista - With Videos, Audio Works But Shows No Picture

When filming something on my digital camera and then transferring it onto my
laptop which has Windows vista, the audio will work and I can hear everything
being said but I cannot see anything. It is just a black screen. However if
I put the same video file on a computer with the Windows XP software I can
see both video and audio. Please someone help me and tell me what I need to
do!

I have the same problem. If I change to skin mode I can see the picture, but
in Full Mode only audio. What is wrong with WMP? Why can't MS get their
updates right?

That indicates that your video card driver is buggy. Is there an update
available from the vendor?
