Advanced help DVD Maker

OK, I am familiar with Sony DVD Architect, but not Windows DVD Maker. I have
built a great DVD, but I want to customize it. I am using the "performance"
template. I have a Movie, and a photo slide show on the DVD. When the DVD
loads, I get the really cool menu page, and 2 "buttons" to choose from (Play
and Scenes are default). If I click "play", the movie plays, then (I assume)
the photo show will follow. If I click "scenes", I get to a menu where both
items are available for selection. 3 questions:

#1. How can I change the "buttons" on the first page to "Play Show" and
"Play Photo Slide Show". I need to know how to change the destination file
when the button is pushed, not info on how to edit the text! OR, can I
delete the "play" buton so there is only one choice?

#2. On the 2nd (Scenes) menu, is there any way to have a fixed photo
(Instead of the video playing) as the Thumbnail for the video?

#3. When I burned the DVD, it worked in 5 of my 6 DVD players. Why would
this not work in my Panasonic DMR-E55? I used a verbatim DVD-R 16X to create
the movie.

Any and all help is appreciated.
