Ripping CD's between Zune software and Media Center

When I rip CDs to my Zune library, I also want to have them in my Media
Center Library, but I can never get the full CD in both of them. For example:
If I rip a CD into my Zune library the full album is ripped, but only a few
songs of the album shows up in my Media Center library. So, in attempt to get
the full CD in the Media Center library, I delete the album from my computer
to start over fresh again and this time I rip the CD into my Media Center
library. This time only the songs that didn't show up the first time are
ripped to my computer and only those songs show up in my Zune library. Also,
if I rip the CD into both the Zune and Media Center separately, I get
duplicates of most of the songs. I do not understand what is causing this. Is
it too much to ask for to have the full album in both my Zune and Media
Center library?

Are they under the Monitored Folders list for both applications? You should
just want to have both of them running while this happens, and it should
populate them as the NTFS notification events bubble up.

They are under the Monitored Folders list for both applications, believe me
I've tried to do that with Media Center and it acts like it is adding files,
but it doesn't

I am giving up on Media Center. It screws everything up.
