| | Importing music to Windows Movie Maker I cannot import a music file into the Movie Maker. When I try to, I get an error saying that I do not have the required "codec". This is a brand new DELL computer, so I don't understand what the problem could be. I'm trying to import a song from a CD. Thanks for any help. |

Try ripping the CD first with .wma as the target format and then try to import the music file.
