Vista - WMP11 -VISTA - Rearrange files in RIP folder won't work

I just wanted to enable a simple feature: rearrange files in RIP folder using
media information. Unfortunately, although I checked all the options I had
to, still it won't work. It happaned before in older player versions but I
usually solved by uninstalling, downloading and installing again ... this
time we're talking about WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER 11 IN VISTA OS.

Thanks for any help on this matter

Turn on the Media Info column in the library - does it say Unknown or Found
for those files?
You could potentially get this started by resetting the library-
