Windows Media Player 11 - plugins/visualisations

WMP plays sounds and vision fine, but refuses to load any of the
visualization plug ins - they show in the Options preference. Any ideas why?
I've checked UAC and Parental Controls, both of which are off.
Thanks

You're playing WMA files and they don't show up... ? When did that break?
Do you get any errors?

Is there a video card driver update available for your video card... ?

Re: Windows Media Player 11 - plugins/visualisations

The only error showing is when I run Media Centre, play audio and then
choose "Visualize" - a box then appears saying "WMC cannot open the
Visualizations maybe due to Parental Controls not giving enough
permissions".
PC is not activated. The video card driver is right up to date as well.

As a note - if I run audio just through Media Player itself, none of the
"enhancements" appear - Visualizations, Equalizer, SRS Wow effects, Cross
Fading etc etc." The relevant panel opens but it's just black with no
content showing.

Thanks
Paul
