Windows Media Player 11. Despite following the Help instructions to the
letter, I cannot burn an audio CD. What I get on the CD is a 1kb track that
will play the track on my computer but nothing happens when I try it on a CD
player.

this may not be of help but i have the same problem, ive tried converting to
wave first, slower burn speeds, different cdr`s and have tried roxio 9
creator and wmp 11 and like you all i get is small cda files that wont play
on any other cd player,
ive put a post in but this is soooooo anoying, i even buy my mp3s from a
trusted site, im starting to think it may be microsofts attempt at copywrite
protection or drm rights, if so im off to xp land,
