Vista - Windows Live Photo Gallery Cant Publish

Hi

I am running Vista Ultimate 64bit - I installed the Live version of Photo
Gallery as I wanted to publish my photo collection online. When I click on
the SIGN IN button top right corner it does nothing no prompt to ask me for
my id/password. I also get an error "Publishing Failed Please Try Again Later
(0x800401f3)" when i try the publich option.

Any ideas?

That specific error code number translates to "COM Error: Invalid class
string", which isn't too helpful. I'd check with Live support if I were
you. =\
