i connect the zune to my computer.open media player 11 and click the sync
button.it check for devices but never recognizes my zune.what can i do???

That's not supported at all. You would need to use the Zune Media Player
software to synchronize here. =)

I have no idea why you put your smiley face after slapping us in the face.
That my new Zune 80 doesn't sync with WMP11 is entirely unacceptable and
worse, just plain stupid. I had high hopes that MS might have finally done
something right. I guess I was just high. My new Zune is about become my new
iPod.

a wry smile sharing the inwards groan at missing the obvious
