There is an option when you go to burn that asks if you want it a Live File
System, or a Mastered. Choose the latter.

Did that. Looks like it may be due to the UDF version that Vista uses by
default (2.01). Perhaps it is using a higher version than some mp3 players
can support. I am going to play around with the different versions and see if
it makes a difference. Too bad though, it would be a much better experience
if it just worked.
