Vista Tutorial - Amazon Music Sampler

Please can someone tell me how to solve this. I cannot get this to work.
According to Amazon I do not have this on my PC. I follow the link from
Amazon and it says I can download it from Microsoft but when I then follow
the link to Microsoft and can't seem to find a solution. It's such a small
thing so why is it so difficult? I'm getting very annoyed about it now. I
hate Vista.

I'd be very grateful if someone out there actually knows how to solve this.

The problem is your real player application. you need to update it to the
latest version. I went thru the same crap a month a go took me a long while
to figure out what file i needed to install. Amazon's help is soooo not
helpful.
