Vista - Corrupt Itunes/quicktime file!!

Zachary n/a posts	Corrupt Itunes/quicktime file!! Whenever I try to open Itunes it does not work because it says there is a corrupt quicktime file. I cannot uninstall or reinstall Itunes or quicktime, whenever I search the corrupt file I can't find it either. Can anyone help me??
