| | codecs how do i check for codecs on my system ,i have hade problems with .asf files ,showing i need adpcm 11 codec . i have heard that some other programs can hijack codec,s . any help would be apreciated |

| | Re: codecs ADPCM is not supported in ASF in Windows Media Player on Windows Vista at this time. What you're trying to do simply will not work. You can either convert the content to use another audio codec or play it with an alternate ASF player =\ -- Speaking for myself only. See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
