Vista - casio xlim 1050 camera and sd card not recognized by vista on hp

I wonder if anyone can help me find a link for updating the drivers for a
casio xlim camera - z1050? When I plug it into the computer it acknowledges
it in the USB port but then doesn't install a driver. I have downloaded the
firmware and usb driver from casio but it doesn't install correctly either.
The camera, while attatched shows up under other devices with a yellow
triange, showing an exclamation mark.

When I take the sd card (2GB) out of the camera and insert it into the card
reader in the computer it shows up as needing to install a driver from the
manufacturer. It is manufactured by Toshiba and I haven't been able to find
a way to update the driver for the card reader to read the SD card yet.
