Vista - CANNOT PLAY STREAMING VIDEOS

Any video that i try to play online that plays on WMP, does not play fine.
NOT FINE as in the video comes in frames. But the audio seems to be fine. And
this is the problem in internet files only i guess..!!
I guess there is no way to uninstall the WMP11 from WINDOWS VISTA PREMIUM
so i have not done that. I also tried and installed a new update for the
Intels graphics card i guess but the problem seems to have not solved. I
would have tried rolling back to the previous driver but there was no option
for rolling back as i guess there was no previous update.

Somebody please help me.
