Playing Recorded DVD's

Hi can anyone help - Im trying to play a recorded DVD (RAM) from the TV on my
DVD but it says that there is no DVD in the player. I can play pre-recorded
DVD's?

Thanks

Re: Playing Recorded DVD's

Some DVD players are not compatible with DVD-RAM, only DVD R/W. Some aren't
compatible with any RW discs. You might try a different media (DVD R/W or a
different brand).

So there is no way I can "convert" this DVD to a new format? Thanks for your
help

Re: Playing Recorded DVD's

Nope. The DVD-RAM is a special disk. You can't convert it to a different
one. Sorry. You can burn it to a different DVD, though.
