ripping cd's in Media Player or Media Center

I ripped a CD in Media Player (v11) and when I went to library it wasn't
there. I can't seem to import music files in Media Center either. I am
running Vista. Any suggestions? I see the music on my hard drive, I can
play it in Media Player, I just can't keep it there.

Your library is corrupt and should be reset--
