Vista - windows movie maker not reading a file right

when i download a episode, i can hear and watch it on everything, but when i
import it on windows movie maker, i only get the audio. When i check the
properties on the clip, it says its a audio file. But when i check the file
on the folder, its a video and audio file. How do i get the video of the clip
in movie maker? Someone please answer

I suspect you need to convert the file format.
