When I play songs or videos on wmp it says "media changing" at the lower left
corner, and it would take from 10-30 seconds to play the item. I'm not sure
what went wrong as it loads and plays perfectly fine on my sister's computer.
Could reinstalling wmp solve the problem?

It happens for both songs and videos? That implies that it's happening with
just songs, which implies it's likely not video-related.

What sound card are you using? Is there a driver update available?

I have the same problem. It just started doing this after I did a sync with
a Zen MP3 player. Have you found a solution?

I have the same problem. it just started doing this after I did a sync with
a Zen MP3 player. Before that, no problem. Be sure to post the solution if
you find one and I will do the same.
