Vista - burning cd in vista

Hi
i'm new to this and somewhat of a novice. But i would appreciate any
suggestions on how to solve this problem.

Here goes! I am studying at moment and have rocorded my voice (.wav) with
the intention of burning it onto a cd. I have followed all steps in media
player but it will not burn mentions something about burn rights. i have
clicked on the red circle beside the file and says something about cannot
determine the length of the file. This is soooo frustrating. can anyone
help

If you convert the WAV to WMA using Windows Movie Maker, can you burn the
WMA?

It sounds like the WAV files aren't fully valid. You could check that sort
of thing with RIFFWalk or other utility. =\

Nero also is a good program for burning CD.s =\
