clipart and Vista

I am not able to download any clipart from Microsoft, it says I don't have
Clip Organizer/Gallery on my computer. But surely I should as it's Vista?
Clip Organizer is listed as a program on my computer, but it doesn't seem to
be available or be working. Can anyone help please?

Re: clipart and Vista

Clip Organizer is part of Microsoft Office. Have you purchased it? My guess
is you are not able to use it because you have an expired trial copy on your
computer.

Try this:
Open source (free) office suite. www.openoffice.org
http://www.webskills4u.com/index.php...p_art_library/

Re: clipart and Vista

Ah! Thank you Bob, yes, maybe this is it. You see my computer is loaned to
me by my father-in-law, who had not even took it out of the box for at least
12 months. I have been using it for 2 or 3 months now, but have only just
been looking at using clipart. So after all that, it probably has expired.
Surprised though that you have to purchase these items seperately. I can
remember (way back) to my first computer and everything like that was all
included in the package.

Re: clipart and Vista

You're welcome mary.

AFAIK MS "Office" was never included (except as a trial version). Perhaps
you are thinking of MS "Works" which is often included.

Re: clipart and Vista

Office or Works may have been included with a previous computer, but it
wasn't free, you paid for it.
That's how I got my Office 2003, which works just fine on Vista.
