Vista - 10 second delay when starting any wmp file

RobHerberg n/a posts	10 second delay when starting any wmp file I am running Vista (32bit) and get a 10 to 25 second delay whenever I try to play any file on WMP 11. The player works fine other than that. Any ideas?
