Vista - photo's

i delete some photo and delete them out the recycle can but i need them how
can i get them bk i need help with a vista pc and a xp home plz a.s.a.p plz

The only remedy I'm aware of (absent of a backup that has the deleted files) is a deleted file recovery program. You can do a google search and see whats available. The ones I'm aware of are not free and there's no guarantee they can recover the files, especially if there has been disk activity since they were deleted.

Where did the photos come from? If you recently copied then from a camera
memory card, then they may be recoverable from that card, if they haven't
been overwritten by new photos you've taken.

If the memory card can be set up as a disk drive (most can) then the
undelete utilities should work just fine. There is a much better chance
that the photos have not been overwritten on the memory card than on the
hard disk drive.
