Vista - Kodak EasyShare--uploading photos to Kodak Gallery

I've only had my computer for a couple of weeks, so Vista is a new world to
me. After hours of trying on my own and being on the phne with Kodak's
EasyShare help line, I'm still unable to upload my photos from my computer to
the Kodak Gallery. Last night after over an hour, it uploaded 17 of 37
photos. The rest received the message: An internal error has occurred.
Please note the following error details and contat Kodak EasyShare Gallery
Customer service... (EEERRFailed [81]; Communications with the Kodak
Easyshare Gallery servers has timed out (EErrConnCommTimeout[107])

I've uninstalled & installed the software from their site several times;
changed the firewall to allow Kodak EasyShare, added their suggested
downloads, but nothing helps. It's been uploading about every other photo.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions.
