why cant i put more than one thing on a disc anymore?

I used to be able to write on a CD-R as many times as I liked, until it was
full. I know CD-R means write once only, and I could not delete or replace,
but I could fill a disc in more than one writing session. Now it wont let me
add anything after one write saying access denied or something. Is there
something I have done to Windows? I was not using specific softward before,
just opening, drag and drop and clicking write these files. So why has it
changed? Is it the burner? I have a new one that works well. Please help
.... THANKS

Hi Jones,

When you get ready to burn a CD, make sure that you select "Burn files to disc" in the AutoPlay pop-up, and that you dot "Live File System" under "Show formatting options" when getting ready to format the CD.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
