Windows Movie Maker does not work properly with mpeg2 files, of which .vob
files are a type. I convert my .vob files to a compatible .avi file using
VirtualDub for MPEG2 and the WMV 9 codec. You can also get more info on
this issue at:
http://www.myvideoproblems.com/Tutor...patibility.htm.
That information mostly applies to Vista, even though it says XP.
