| | receive error message saying codec 22 req'd I have an advent 7203 laptop with T5300 1.73Ghz processor and Vista Home Premium. I keep trying to pick up voicemails which are stored as .wav files but I keep getting an error message that says You've encountered error message C00D10D1 while using Windows Media Player. The following information might help you troubleshoot the issue. CODEC IS MISSING Windows Media Player cannot play the file (or cannot play either the audio or video portion of the file) because the DSP Group True Speech (22) codec is not installed on your computer. I've tried a website or two but cannot get this. Any ideas where I can get it or should it be already loaded as part of Vista? All help greatly appreciated.
