    Adding captions

I'm trying to add captions to a training video that I am making using Windows
Movie Maker, but I cannot figure out how to do it. Can anyone help me? Also,
does anyone know if there is a way to freeze a frame from the video and
create a picture from it (or something to that effect)? Thanks so much in
    advance!

    Re: Adding captions

As to captions: Tools| Titles and Credits| Title on the selected clip.
Choose your animation, text, font, etc. Put the green track box where you
want the caption, then Add Title. Your 'caption' (= Title on clip) will
appear in the Title Overlay track.

As to getting a still from the video: Tools| Take Picture from Preview.

Post back if this worked for you.

    Cheers,
