I am unable to create any play lists since installing Vista on my computer.
When I try to create a play list, I get a message telling me that windows has
encountered a problem, click here for assistance. I am then given the error
code of "COODOFFI" and that is it. No way of fixing the problem is listed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you trying to save the playlist to? That's "Error: cannot save
playlist", which implies to me that the playlist directory (which I believe
is off of your My Music (Rip To) location) cannot be written to.
