Might I suggest a file splitter for the task. Since the
file is toooo bulky or big, you need to split the file in
multiple segments and send the segments to your friend.
Include a internet location and filename where he can
download the file splitter/combiner. Once they download and
install the splitter, they'll be able to recombine the video
and play it.

============================
Try uploading the files to the following
site and send your recipients the link
for downloading them.

"YouSendIt"
http://www.yousendit.com/

All you have to do is enter an e-mail
address in the "To:" (Recipient) field
and click the "Browse" button to select
the file you wish to upload. Then click
the "Send It" button.

The next screen that appears will give
you the download link. Just copy/paste
it into the message to your recipients
who can download and view the file on
their computer.
