Right-click the taskbar icon and go to Playback Devices. Double-click the
Speakers, or whatever device, and the extra control tabs display.
Or, Start/Control Panel/Hardware & Sound/Sound/Manage Audio Devices.
Anything more sophisticated would I assume come via software for your sound
card.
