    Rotating a Video

    Hi i have been sent a short video which i have downloaded and played it using Media Centre unfortunately it was taken with a digital camera and it plays on it's side , I have tried and successfully rotated it in Windows Movie Maker but i don't seem to be able or i just don't understand how to get it out of movie maker back to my video folder , i get a choice of publish to my computer but that seems to be taking hours and the video only lasts about 30 seconds so i gave up can anybody help

    If Publishing is taking forever...it could
    be due to an incompatible file format.

    Thanks for the info , I can't understand why it should be so complicated once i have rotated the video you would think it would be just a case of save or move to where ever i want , think i might look for something that will do it on Google

    Video editing is complex...that's just the way it is.

    If you find a good utility for rotating videos let us know.
