Window is too big for LCD + TV Display

I tried to connect my laptop to my tv with the S-Video cable. When I did so
it asked me to select a default view/setting. I did and apparently selected
the wrong one as the screen image on my TV (and laptop) when viewing the
content on both screens is too big for the actual TV and laptop monitor.

I've been searching for about 2 hrs now trying to get back to that
setting/window to change the default...can someone tell me how to find it
again?

Many Thanks

Hi

Right click on an open area of the Desktop and select Personalize, then
click Display Settings. You can change the screen resolution from there.
