Windows DVD Maker Main Menu Appearance Question

Hi, I just created a DVD with a bunch of downloaded videos in 16:9 aspect
ratio and they look and play correctly on the TV. For my main menu I chose
one of the videos to play and added music. It looks good in the preview on
Windows DVD Maker, but on the TV it only covers the top half with green on
the bottom. When I go to scenes/chapters, it does the same thing. The
chapters are in the correct spots (cover the entire TV, not just the top
part), but again the bottom half of each chapter is green. Any suggestions
or ideas as to why this is happening?

Not sure this applies precisely to your problem, but have a look at this URL
about the 'green bar' problem in Movie Maker -- Movie Maker and DVD Maker
