How to burn a DVD using Windows Media Player

Hello. Thank you in advance for your replies.
A simple question for the unititiated, how do you burn a movie using Windows
media player. Also, if you know of a different program to use, please
recommend.

Thank you,
Fred

RE: How to burn a DVD using Windows Media Player

If you mean a DVD movie like the kind you buy or rent, you can't. But you can
burn home movies or video clips that are in .wmv format.

Windows Media Player gives you the option of burning three kinds of discs:
audio CDs, data CDs, and data DVDs.

For lots of information about burning CD's or DVD's
1) Use Help in WMP or
2) use Help and Support and enter "burn media player"
