Vista - cannot change music file track details

Hello, I cannot change the track details of some of my music files.

I can change the name of the file, but when I go into Property -
Details, I cannot edit any field. I also cannot edit the five-star
rating for those music files.

Most music files are fine, but a few of them are causing trouble.

I use Vista Home Premium.

I attached one music file that I cannot edit any details. I change it
to .txt so that I could upload it but when you download it please change
it to .wma and have a look at it.

That file shows up as corrupt in ASFViewer (available for download from
microsoft.com). I would not expect the player to react well to corrupt
files.
