Vista - Copy DVD to hard drive

I'm trying to copy a DVD of my sons recent boxing match to my hard drive. When I insert the disc it auto plays. If I stop the play & go in through my computer & copy all files then i'm left with 3 folders: AUDIO_TS VIDEO_RM VIDEO_TS none of which play the film im trying to copy. Please tell me where i'm going wrong. Also please put it in simple terms as i'm no computer whizz

One of the .VOB files in the VIDEO-TS
folder will be the file you are looking for.
