Vista - failed to download license for protected songs

=?Utf-8?B?bWM=?= n/a posts	failed to download license for protected songs how come? I can't download license for protected songs, it keeps saying that: "The license cannot be downloaded because the license has already been downloaded 10 times." , I swear to god, I didn't download even one ??????
