Vista - Real Player

My Real Player no longer allows me to download video's such as on YouTube. I'm using Real Player 11.0 gold. I have Windows Vista Basic. Anybody else have this problem. Thanks.

if you are using internet explorer i have had sporadic issues of not being able to use real download and in spite of all the troubleshooting things it still won't work. doing a reboot many times fixes the problem but internet explorer is the problem. real download also works in firefox.

the issue is internet explorer. the problem i think occurs when ie blows up and has to close. the troubleshooting steps i took were useless but sometimes the problem resolved with a reboot. ie is the issue not vista. real downloader also works with firefox and i think also google chrome.
