| Vista Home Premium | Movie maker crash- led to other crashes! I used Windows Movie Maker (1) for a project, and it had the bug in the software that makes it crash when you use special effects. So I stopped using it, but now nothing connected to it works! If I open the window "My Videos", it comes up with an error saying: "Windows Explorer has stopped working ... Windows is checking for a solution to the problem ..." and then "Windows Explorer is restarting" So I can't get to any of my videos, because as soon as I open the window it crashes. Also, when I want to upload something on the internet (ex. a picture onto a website) I click the "upload" or "browse" button or whatever it happens to be, and "My Videos" comes up as the default because that was the last thing I opened, so then my internet crashes! (I'm using Firefox by the way, but the same thing happens with IE) So now I can't upload ANYTHING onto the internet either! If anyone knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. |

Yes - the question is if you search for the file on your system, what file path is it found at?
