Looking for experienced/helpful windows photo gallery specific user forum

Having a very odd problem with the behavior of the windows photo gallery
which works fine until one resizes the viewing window to full screen at
which point the larger image to the left goes black and white with banding.
I'm hoping to find a forum populated by MSVP's or Gallery gurus who're
receptive to helping me corner the issue since this newsgroup has already
proven 100% unresponsive, which I take to mean one of two things, no one
knows what to do about it or no one cares to help.

Please someone point me to some pros!
